The company, born in 1872 thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit of Fausto Polli, became quickly the leader company in the canned vegetables sector, obtaining a leading role in the national and international market. Operating in 45 countries of the world with more than 30 brands, company’s philosophy is based on innovation, tradition and loyalty to the consumers.

So, the realization of a product puts at first place the customer himself, starting from a system which involves people, technologies, materials and always developping processes, having quality as unique objective. Every single step of the realization is a well defined, controlled and irreplaceable block, from cultivation of the raw materials to their entrance in the productive chain, to the warehousing and the distribution of the finished products. All of this can be considered as a warranty of the absolute reliability and the respect for the customers and the trade the company has. Today, Polli can count 3 advanced factories for its production, real examples of efficiency, technology and production flexibility: here, 134 different kind of alimentar raw materials are processed every year, with a production of 22.000 tons of vegetables and more than 70 millions of pots. A really wide choice of products able to satisfy all the different needs and tastes.

Every year, the company makes almost 100.000 inspections per year on 3.000 arrivals of raw materials, 42.600 chimical analysis and 82.000 inspections on the packing. Three special awards are really important to underline care Polli puts in its productions: the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification for the Quality Management, international standard BRC Global Standard Food and IFS standard (International Food Standard), both of them obtained at the highest level, indispensable to pass all the strict hygienic and security checks. The company offers a complete range of products, able to satisfy almost every consumption needs. It’s the perfect balance between tradition and innovation, technology and professionalism which can ensure this range of 500 different recipes, divided in 10 products lines, all characterized by variety and cooking tradition.
